Paper Craft "Hello Kitty" Christmas Stocking

Hello Again... So, if your not up to sewing Christmas stockings...you can still make them. I ended up making Paper stockings with my granddaughter. We used a Hello Kitty coloring book she had. What you'll need. A coloring book (don't have to be Hello Kitty)some coloring pencils, some colored construction paper (any kind)glue sticks and scissors(paper scissors for the little one's) We colored the pictures(from the coloring book)and cut them out.

Then we picked out our construction paper(the color we wanted to use). An drew a picture of a boot(Santa's boot)on the paper. I then cut out the boots. I made 2 for each stocking (itz ah'(lil)paper-Biggi)....lol.

Then we clued the two boots together (one overlapping the other)"to show both colors"

Then we cut out rectangle pieces of paper and cut the pointed edges off (rounded the corners) to make the boot cuff (trim)

We decorated our stockings... cluing the colored pictures on and writing our names on the boot cuffs.

My granddaughter asked if she could add some fleece cut-outs to her's....Why not!? you can add anything you want!...So, can you! Enjoy!
